AHMG Breast Surgery Physician Opportunity
Located in suburban Kansas City, AdventHealth Shawnee Mission is searching for a highly skilled and patient-focused surgical breast surgeon to add to its busy existing group
The ideal candidate should have three years of experience post fellowship; however, highly qualified new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Requirements:
- Breast Surgery Fellowship
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery
- Current, valid Kansas medical license
Practice Description:
- Campus: Shawnee Mission
- Schedule: Monday-Friday with limited call responsibilities

- Guaranteed initial base salary with a wRVU production component.

Cardiovascular Surgery AdventHealth Shawnee Mission, Kansas City
AdventHealth Medical Group in Kansas City is offering a program building opportunity for a dynamic, experienced cardiovascular surgeon to join our team at AdventHealth Shawnee Mission, a 500+ bed facility. AdventHealth in Kansas City is a leading, faith-based, not-for-profit health system with four hospitals in the greater Kansas City area.
The new surgeon will be able to continue to build and develop our CV surgery program and perform a variety of cases including coronary bypass, valvular repair/replacement, and structural heart procedures. Experience or interest in general thoracic surgery is preferred but not required. New surgeon would work alongside a multidisciplinary and growing team of general cardiologists, interventionalists, and electrophysiologists that will total 20 in the next two years. The team has a large complement of cardiovascular APPs, including a CTS PA model facilitating cardiovascular care. ICU care is also enhanced by our dedicated critical care intensivists team.

Requirements of the position :
- At least five years of experience post training
- Qualification for Kansas state physician license
- Diplomate of the American Board of Thoracic Surgery
